Hi,
Well my user want to move old documents from physical folder to SharePoint and same should be visible in Dynamic CRM for account entity.
Regards,
Santosh
Hi Santosh,
If you would like to do this using code, not Flow, please follow the example in the link below that shows how you can upload document to SP and set the document location. You can use this as a start and expand this to work with files from CRM notes attachment.

Hi,
did anyone find the solution to upload documents from Dynamics CRM online to Sharepoint Online through CRM Sdk programatically....
Current flow of my problem is : External source --> CRM(Images/Documents).
assumption flow of images/Documents: External Source---> CRM--> Sharepoint---> Path of the file in CRM.(want to use Path of the file)
Because the data consumption is very high with images and documents in CRM. So I want to move these images and documents to sharepoint and I want to use path in the CRM.
So is there any chances to do like this programatically. I am doing POC. please help me out in this.
Thanks,
Rajesh
Hi Rajesh,
Since you have both CRM and Sharepoint online environment, i would recommend you use the Server Side Integration.
The following is a summary of what you have to do to setup the integration and i will also provide links
01. You have to first Enable Server Side Integration in the Settings - Document Management page
02. You then have to configure document management settings - In this step you will configure which entities configure which entities you want to enable document management for and also how you want to organise the documents in SharePoint. You can create one document library per Entity or maintain Account/Contact based hirarchy for storing documents.
03. You also want to make sure you have enable the entity for document management to get the Documents tab for each entity you configured in the previous step. Some are enabled out of box but you have to make sure it is enabled.
04. Check the documents tab to see if the configuration works.
Links that could help you with understanding more about the integration
Hope this helps
Thanks

Hi Rajesh,
You need to integrate CRM with Sharepoint. During the integration you need to select the entities , so in each individual entity a folder is created in sharepoint with the name and path etc.
Once its done, It'll provide all paths for each entity. Ex: Account in crm is selected, after integration the path will loook like "sitename.sharepoint.com/account"
Now in crm for as soon as you attach documennts, the documents will be pushed to Sharepoint in the entity folder with guid id's.
Thank you
