unable to open any GP window after logging in

After logging into GP, I am getting 2 windows named ~internal~ with which i am not able to access application.

With the Event viewer i am getting following Error message.

Event Type: Error

Event Source: Userenv

Event Category: None

Event ID: 1030

Date: 5/26/2014

Time: 3:09:05 AM

User: abcd

Computer: abcd2010

Description:

Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. Check the event log for possible messages previously logged by the policy engine that describes the reason for this.

Quick help is highly appreciated.
