Hello Community Experts,

There is an urgent requirement where i have to get the data from website and capture in a dropdown in dynamics 365.

The challenge here I'm facing is, i have a dropdown with below options and values

Value	names
1	option1
2	option2
3	option3

And i have three images in my website, image1, image2, image3

When i select image1, option1 should be captured in dynamics 365 dropdown, When i select image2, option2 should be captured in dynamics 365 dropdown, and so on

How do i achieve this requirement?

What approach should i use?

Thank you for your query.

Do you mean to say you need to update a Dynamics 365 record from your website?

It would be hard to suggest a solution unless we know about your website technology.

There are multiple approaches to this:

Power Automate: use flow to capture data from your website and update record in Dynamics 365. However, this totally depends on your website technology.

WebAPI: you can call Dynamics 365 Web API to create/update records from your website.
