Modified reports not printing after upgrade to GP 2010

Modified reports not printing after upgrade to GP 2010.  Facts are as follows:

1. Verified modified reports are selected in Alternate Forms and Reports setup. 2. Verified users are assigned the correct Alternate Reports. 3. Verified Edit Launch File pointing to the correct dictionary. 4. Verified Dynamics.set file pointing to correct dictionary. 5. Tested with all users, including 'sa'. 6. Tested on multiple workstations. 7. Recreated the reports.dic file. 8. Imported the modified package file. 9. remodified reports via screen print. 10. Printed from within Report Writer. 11. Created new Alternate Forms & Reports and selected modified.  

Note that no errors are received it's just printing the standard version.  Any ideas would be appreciated. Debi

    It is the SOP Blank Historical Invoice.  I've verified that I'm printing the correct report and also navigated to the layout from the screen print to make sure.

    Specifically which reports are not printing? There are several forms that are similar(i.e. SOP Blank Invoice, Long, Short , etc). Perhaps you think it is printing one version when you are actually selecting another.
