Purchase order confirmed date is showing as default date (19/06/2024) eventhough confirmation has been done today. This is happening only for one user and in one legal entity.

Every purchase order confirmed date is showing as 19/06/2024

Hi,

Do you have an actual question or what is the required outcome? Can you tell what you mean by a "default date"? Is this working for the same user in another legal entity? How is the PO created and what steps are performed to confirm the PO? Is he using the application in another way than other users? When you talk about "showing", is this a field on the PO or is it a value on a generated PO document?

Whatever the date you confirm the Purchase order, it is only showing 19/06/2024. Find the attached screenshot

In Shortcut- Can you clear the cache of that user fro user info- reset usage data and personlization?
