Hi,

I would like to have a note from a sales order line shown during picking with the wms app. I'm able to see note created on sales order header, but on created on the sales order line. Any suggestions for solving ?

    Are you referring to Sales form where you cannot set the attachment for the Sales line ?

    Can you attach a print screen please ?

    Hi Alina,

    In the sales can the note be see in both header and line. The problem is when I 'release to warehouse' and shipment/load/work is created in warehouse management, and picking work is started on the mobile device app then is only the note from the sales form header visible, the note from sales form line is visible.

    By design
    PROBLEM
    Note attached to sales order line is not displayed in the mobile device
    REMARKS
    It is by design that only the SO header note is copied onto the shipment, which in turn can be exposed in the sales picking WMA flow. It is not supported to have SO line notes being exposed in the sales picking flow on WMA. It is supported to setup a generic instruction (note) on a released product for warehouse management by using the Mobile device description line 1 and Mobile device description line 2 text fields. These descriptions can be exposed during the sales picking WMA flow for each item.

    MS have stated this is by design, although there is an idea out there needing votes to help MS make the decision to add it to the roadmap.
