Hello Folks,

I was working with sitemap of Field Service Mobile Application where I was supposed to add various subareas without showing up the group.

I tried naming the group as blank but then I encountered that it was showing up the blank space in the sitemap.

Are there any potential fixes to this?

Thank you  in advance.

I am not sure what exactly you are trying to do. Are you trying to add navigation items on the sitemap?

    Hi Mansi,

I looked up a lot of information and sadly told you that there is no way to implement the function of hiding groups.

I recommend you to provide this idea to Microsoft. experience.dynamics.com/.../

    Hi Mansi,

If I am not wrong, you want the group name to be reflected on top of the site map , as shown in your image.

    there are two possibilities :

    1. Adding the group name from the sitemap editor (which I assume you did not )

    2. Go to any existing group and add area (where you can add the desired entities etc. )

    I hope it helps.
