Hello, dear friends!

I am preparing for exam about using CRM Dynamics 365. My free trial version of this program will end after a few days. I need 2 weeks to prepare for exam. How can I extend trial version? I try to registration new company with another account in microsoft and another telephone, but i don't get password on telephone. Error: "Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity. Please contact Office 365 Support". My crm will end after three days.

Hi,

normally you could extend it for another 30 days trial by opening a service ticket by MS.

You can't extend your trial.

Only way is to register a new company.

Not sure why you need additional information, but possibly you can wait till trial expires and then sign up for new trial with same credentials, or different credentials.

I had used same phone number for multiple instances in the past, so unless MS changed something this should be possible.
