Identify Shipments/Loads associated to PO Product receipts

Hi All,

Is it possible to identify the Shipments/Loads associated with respective product receipts when it is posted?

For Example:

Let's say a PO is created with 1 PO line with Item A for 10 qty.

So we received a shipment(S1) last week for 8 qty and a product receipt(P001) is posted for this 8 qty.

And we received a shipment (S2) this week for the remaining 2 qty and product receipt(P002) is posted.

Is there any relation in any form where we could find that

Product receipt(P001) is for Shipment(S1) and
Product receipt(P002) is for Shipment(S2).

We are trying to develop a report.

Hi Sathish Kumar V,

They don't have direct relation. Could you please tell us why you need Shipment and if there are other solution to achieve your business needs.

Thanks for your response.

Actually we are trying to build a report to identify what has been received as part of each Load/shipments that are associated to respective product receipts.

As we are using Advance warehouse management, there will be cases we might receive only partial qty from today's shipment and we will post product receipt for the same.

Similarly, the remaining quantities will be received in another shipment and the product receipt will be done for the same.

Even though the entire quantity that has been ordered is received, we would like to identify how much qty has been received as part of the 1st shipment and product receipt posted and how much qty has been received as part of the 2nd Shipment and product receipt posted.

An example like this that we want the report to fetch,

As you said, I couldn't find any direct relation. The only link that I could find was from the All Load form , we have a "Cancel product receipt" button.

The relation exists in a Table called WHSLoadTableVendPackingSlipJour.
