Afternoon All,
One of my customers is having an issue in the fact that when they need to re-send a vendor remittance advice from the Vendor card and it is using the sender email address as a generic one, rather than the user that was logged into Business central. Now if she sends out a vendor payment run from the payment journal and all the emails are using the default document layout, it shows that they have been emailed from the individual user.
I have checked the Email scenario assignment and there is no setting for vendor remittance advice at all.
How can I fix it so that individual re-sending of remittance advices have the sender email address on it. They are running v21.4 of Business central.
Any help appreciated .

You will need to customize some code to create a new e-mail scenario.
Or you can define that all e-mails from Business Central are sent from a generic address in stead of the users address.
But I guess you sometimes want to actually use the personal e-mail address as well.
