How do you achieve SSO (SAML2) for Dynamics 365 Customer Self-Service Portal (Formally ADX Portal) with external IdP

I am a seasoned D365 dev/architect. Jowever, I lack the expertise of authentication. I am on a tight schedule and need to achieve SSO for the customer self-service portal via SAML2. I have found a video on YouTube for something similar with Service Now, which seems fairly easy. However, D365 doesn't have a similar plugin to achieve this so easily.

Similar to the YouTube video above, I have created a CircleSSO account for testing the SAML2 implementation and have the following need per the YouTube video:

  1. SingleLogoutService Binding="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Redirect" Location
  2. SingleSignOnService Binding="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Redirect" Location
  3. urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress
  4. ds:X509Certificate

Again, the video I watched was specific for ServiceNow and the process is obviously different for D365.

All other solutions point to the following MS Doc but am completely at a loss with this document.

Assistance would be very helpful. I would like to use the CircleSSO IdP account I have created for testing and demo purposes until I can get the exact external iDp info from my client's client.

Where do I enter all the list items stated above within D365 Portal for SSO to be implemented?
