Migration from Dynamics CRM Professional to Basic. Usability of functions.

Hello Experts,

We are planning to Migrate from Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professional online to Dynamics CRM Basic.

We have created customized reports and forms now (on Professional licenses). If we migrate to basic, can we continue using the customized reports functionality. 

Please let me know

    Hope this is what you are looking for:

    Basic. Provides access to core entities: accounts, contacts, leads, and cases. The Basic plan also provides access to reports, dashboards, visualizations and custom applications.

    Professional. Provides access to the full range of Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities, including sales, marketing and customer service.

    Thanks for the response Deepesh.

    Actually currently we have Professional licenses and we are planning to migrate them to Basic plan.

    We created some customization of report/forms (User reports), can we continue using this forms(No need of editing the structure of form).

    Yes Basic user License user can still use reports, dashboards and charts. Check the CRM user License guide that provides detailed information on what each License type have access to in CRM
