Social Engagement Private Message Acquisition

Hi,

We have a problem with acquiring all the private messages on facebook. I mean, when someone sends more than one message, social engagement sometimes does not show all of them. So its hard to use Social Engagement as a tool for replying back. What could be the reason? Is there some restriction for getting private messages?

To make more clear, i want to give an example. 

A customer writes our company's Facebook page this:

Customer: Hi, 

Customer: I want to get more information about your product

Customer: My phone number is XXX-XXXX

Customer: Please call me back.

But when we look at the Social Engagement (Private Messages section), we see like this:

Customer: Hi,

Customer: I want to get more information about your product

Customer: Please call me back.
