Offline html in the inspection form

Hi,

We're using Resco MobileCRM application along with Field Service.

I need to put some custom javascript logic in the inspections form. Is it possible?

I know how to do this with ordinary entities, creating an iframe with offline HTML, but how do I do that with inspections? (there are lots of different templates and there is no form in the Woodford)

Sure!

Here it is

The script field (resco_script) was not on the form so I've just added it to the form and set the value to the offline HTML path in the Woodford config :)

After some hours of research, I finally found a way to do this. There is resco_script field in the resco_questionnaire entity where you can specify the path to the offline html in woodford. That will trigger the custom code!

Unfortunately, this solution didn't work. the offline html code was not triggering on the inspection template form. I've contacted Resco for further guidlines.

I don't have a form in the woodford for questionnaries, actually. The questionnaries can have different form depending on the template. This was conducted by the inspection designer, but there is no way adding offline html to the designer.

Anyway, I'll try to create an empty boilerplate form and add offline html to it. Maybe it will do the trick.. Thanks for suggestion :)

Maybe you can try and add offline html to the Questionnaire entity? Thats where the records are stored. Not sure how you will go around auto generating pdf's but you can have a look at the jsbridge reference here and see if any fucntions can do this for you - www.resco.net/javascript-bridge-reference

Yes, I know about resco support. Most probably I should try contacting them.

Anyway, the functionality I'm trying to achieve is to generate a pdf from an inspection using mobile reports automatically, whenever an inspection is saved. Do you know how it is possible to achieve this kind of functionality?

Cant see any options around this in the inspections designer. I think you should shoot over a message to resco to see if its possible
