Hello,
I'd like to publish some entities in the Marketing Data Configuration page, but I have a doubt: what if after publishing an entity I add an additional relationship of that entity with other entites of the common data services that are published? Will the new relationship be available for creating segment?

Whether it is N:1 or 1:N relationship, the new relationship won't be available in assist edit by default, because it is not synced to marketing insights service.
For instance, I created a lookup field 'Country' to Contact entity, the relationship will not be listed.
Therefore, we still need to sync the related entity to the service.

Following you example, if the Country entity was already synced to the service (by publishing it in the Marketing Data Configuration settings page) before adding the N:1 relationship the contact entity, how can we force a "re-sync" of the Country and Contact entities in order to have the new relationship available in the Assist Edit (and in the other supported areas like the Segment editor)?
If the entity was already synced to the service before adding the relationship, then when it is added as a lookup field of Contact, the relationship will be available in Assist Edit automatically, extra operation is not required.
