How to integrate Genesys CIC(Call center solution) with Ms Dynamics 365 online

Our client uses Genesys Call Center Solution.

We have to integrate the call center solution from interactive intelligence (CIC) with MS Dynamics 365 online.

Please suggest whether this is possible through D365 online and how?

Any api/connector available for the purpose?

Please help.
