where do I find the download for the Word Template Generator

I am a partner and would like to start playing with the Word Template Generator but cannot find the download for this tool. Does anyone know where I can download this tool from?

Amy and Aaron,

The partners who attended the Technical Conference in Fargo could download a pre-release version. I do not have the link anymore and could not find reference to it on PartnerSource. Perhaps the link has been taken down. Maybe a Tech Conference attendee can chime in and help us out here.

It is my understanding that this is a new feature of the R2, which is not released yet.
