I have just installed MR 2012 CU 13 (Windows Server 2012 R2 with SQL Server 2014) without incident and created all companies. I setup my Windows user as the administrator. Then I installed the MR Client and opened Report Designer to enter our registration keys. I bypassed the Default Company selection window because I heard that can "take away" your ability to enter register keys. But under the Tools menu item, there is no selection available for Registration. Just not there. I tried installing the Report Designer to a different machine but got the same result.
I understand some have had issues where their "short term demo keys" have expired and now, because they already have a default company selected, they can't get past the company selection window to enter keys. To remedy this, you delete the records in the dbo.LICENSE table in the ManagementReporter database. But I see no such table. There's nothing in the deployment log to indicate any issues during install, etc.
I have NO idea how you get back the Registration window in MR. Anyone? Thanks.

What issue do you face exactly ? Microsoft abandoned the registration key process in MR 2013 with CU11 or CU13... no longer required.
Did you ever get a solution to this? I am having the issue right now!
MR 2012 Cumulative Update 13 - 2.12.13001.13​ (07/30/2015) documentation states:
In addition to the new features, there has also been a number of changes made to installation and configuration.
• With Management Reporter 2012 CU13, we have also removed the licensing checks within Management Reporter.
All of the Microsoft Dynamics ERPs now support an unlimited licenses model, and we've decided to stop checking for licensing within Management Reporter.
If you are not yet on an unlimited license plan, please ensure you stay compliant on your number of users.

Have you selected the option in GP 2015 to make the company visible for reporting in MR 2012 ? Administration >> Setup >> Company >> Company >> Options
To me there is no 'registration key' as such to enter in MR 2012.. as the licensing is handled thru your Dynamics GP registration keys..
Are you using the Legacy Connector or the Data Mart connector ?
