Empty 'OrGroup'. Add at least 1 Rule. in Ribbon Workbench

Hi 
I Am trying to edit the OOB create invoice button using Rippon workbench, i just try to add new display rule and when publish i got bellow issue 
 
 
Below my configuration, i only add one display rule.
 
Any Help 
how solve this issue please help

    Hello ,
     
    This error typically appears when a display rule is being created but lacks at least one valid condition within an OrGroup block
    If you accidentally created an empty OrGroup during the process, you can add a simple condition, such as checking a form value or entity field, to avoid the error.

    This should fix the issue and allow you to successfully publish your changes to the ribbon button.
