Could anyone advise on who should be able to view Activities in the Up Next Widget?
Current scenario is that the Up Next Widget has been added to the Lead form, we are then creating a manual activity with a due date but only the owner of the activity is able to see this in the Up Next section.
The other users that have access to the record can only see the activity in the Timeline area on the form.
The documentation states:
For manual activities, you or a sales manager can create an activity on the timeline. The activity is displayed in the Up next widget as a current, upcoming, or completed activity, depending on its due date.This activity is available to you and other sellers who have access to the record.
By default, activities are assigned to the owner of the record. The owner of the record can also assign a particular activity to a team or an individual.
Only the owner of the record can see all activities in the Up Next Widget.
Users who are only assigned a particular activity will only see that individual activity in the Up Next Widget, not all of them.
