Cascading OptionSet

Hi, sorry, yes, another thread about Cascading Option Set functionality. Will this ever be OOTB?

Anyway, in a couple of instances I use cascading option sets.
All of them work fine and are based on this blogpost: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg594433.aspx

As the Xrm.Page object is deprecated for a long time now (several years) I expect the moment the JScipts won't work anymore comes close.

However, I cannot find a sample of a working alternative where Xrm.Page is not used.

Is one of you able to point me to a solution?

Kind regards,
Maurits

    Hello Maurits,

Xrm.Page is deprecated but still works fine. Deprecation means - it will eventually go away.

If you don't want to write the code but use something existing you can use Dependent Optionset Manager - www.crmanswers.net/.../dependent-option-set-manager.html
