Warehouse Management connectivity on Android devices

Hi,
I have a problem with the Warehouse Management android app. Sometimes transactions take 3 minutes to process and the app tells me /Improve your connection/ if the device is not right next to an access point. I've tried 3 brands of phone and multiple versions of android with the same result. The app works perfectly on our windows devices.
Is anyone else having this problem or know a solution?

    Hi,
    Make sure the warehouse management Android application is updated to the latest version available, some device models or configurations may not be fully compatible, causing performance issues. For operating system requirements you can view this document: Install the Warehouse Management mobile app - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

    Hi,
     
    Faced this connectivity problem with Android devices like Pixel devices, Nokia devices etc. but the only recommendation is:
    1. Upgrade to the latest version of Android like (Android 14). 
    2. Ensure the network connectivity is stable while processing transactions.
    3. Also, verify the certificates that are a part of the device setup in D365 warehouse management app.
     
    Refer to the section on "Save connection settings file for each device". There is a file in there called connection.json. This file also captures connection logs.
