Regarding Multiple channels

Hi everyone,

I am new to the Marketing.

I would like your support regarding : Is it possible to add Multiple channels like Phone 1, phone 2 , 3 etc and also same with Emails multiple ones. 

I need to capture Consents with Multiple channels as stated above.

Is it possible and how can I do it.

Any help is much appreciated, Thank you.

    Hi,

    Then you can create a customer journey to send emails and make phone calls by referring to the documentation I provided.

    Would you please explain what you mean by channels?

    If you'd like to send marketing emails or make phone calls, you could refer to the following documentation about customer journey.

    Create a simple customer journey (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs

    It allows to send multi marketing emails or create phone call activities to the audience you set.

    If you mean Custom Channel, please refer to Overview of custom channel (Dynamics 365 Marketing Developer Guide) | Microsoft Docs.
