How to determine Forms, controls and code behind POS

Dear All,

I am facing issue to find the forms, control and source code running behind POS application i have to customize some functionality on Product search form on POS, how i can get the form in code to change the things, As there is no Personlization option like AX and designer like other applications.

i am facing issues in getting the code and forms actually using behind the POS and its different options such as product search, void transactions etc

I have installed a Retail SDK already that provides the visual studio projects for all services and triggers etc but no idea how to filter the POS objects for customization.

Dear Hussain,

If you want to change in AX R3 Retail POS then you have to consider below

1. Install Retail SDK ....Here you can find POS Plugins folder there is Service.sln (Project DLLs)

2. In visual Studio you have to be open and you can modify DLLs here

3. after build DLLs paste DLLs into pos extension service folder

4. if you want to change in form then you have to install Dev Express software
