Hi guys,

I want to set a given user to only have access to RMA Entry/Update window in GP, how can I do that?

Hi Rem,

The security task ID that would grant access to the RMA Entry/Update window is "TRX_FSS_RT01*". If you are using the standard GP security roles that task is part of the "RT Agent" and "RT Manager roles" in GP. You can add one of those roles to your user, or you could add the task mentioned above to one of your custom roles that you currently have assigned to the user.
