1. Export 'Released Products V2' data in the data management
2. Some items are found in this export file, e.g. Meter
3. However, it cannot be found under the 'Released Products'

Please advise below enquiries
a.  why do they be present in export file but not in 'Released products'?
b.  why do these unshown released product can be selected in purchase order?

    Hi,

    A few questions:
    1. Do you have any filters like a custom filter apart from the Standard View filter in the Released Products screen?
    2. Have you created these products in the Product Masters screen and then released these products through the Release Products option in the Products Master screen?

In Purchase orders the products that are released are the only products that will show up. You can try this yourselves by selecting Add line from the purchase order lines section and select View details as depicted below.

Happy to answer questions, if any.

It sounds like you have a mod that inner joined from InventTable (released products) to a custom table on the released products list page and not all items have data in this custom table OR someone saved an advanced filter with some sort of range as the default view.  Can you post a screenshot of your advanced filter when you navigate to the released products list page (CTRL+SHIFT+F3 or Action pane -> Options -> Advanced filter or sort)

I'd want to see your joins:

    And your ranges:

    Hy,

please ensure there is no filtering active in the /released products/ form.
Best way to do this is to switch die "Standard view".

    Herzliche Grüße / kind regards,

Hi, I think it could be due to various reasons such as data filtering, data synchronization issues, or specific configurations in your system.
It's recommended to review your data management settings, data filters, and synchronization processes to ensure that the relevant items are included in the 'Released Products' list.

    Best Regards,
    Judy
