I have a problem when importing invoices (pdf) to ExFlow though OCR. I get the error message: "The file xxxx.pdf does not exist in the import catalogue. The invoice file is not imported to the document handler. Import failed." Most invoices are imported fine, but some invoices seem to lack their pdf file and is therefore not imported to ExFlow. In readsoft we are told that all invoices are sent properly. First we thought there was a problem with readsoft online, however since there is only some invoices that fail during the import to ExFlow, the problem must be somewhere else maybe. We have tried to scann and send the invoices that fail multiple times, however the error message is the same every time. We have checked for all the usal suspects to try to solve the error message. We have checked for the missing pdf files on the server, but they do not exist. The file path is written correctly in the ExFlow parameters.
Have anyone experienced the same problem? Or do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem.
