Update the service reference in C# + WCF, do I need to overwrite the whole site in IIS?

Hi, I have an application made in C# and working with web services in AX using WCF, we have different AOS servers, so I often change the web service reference to test them all in the application; my question is, everytime that I update the web service reference, do I have to overwrite all the site in IIS, or I can only paste the web.config file? I appreciate the help, Thank you!

Thanks for the reply Rudra, but, when I change the web service reference in Visual Studio, the web.config file is updated with the new service reference, if I don't update the web.config file the site will still read from the old reference, so I needto refresh the file at least isn't? thanks!
