Check in registrations button is not visible in menu.

We have users reported the Check in Registrations button under Sessions - Resignation & Attendance is not visible even after selecting session registration records. This is not a problem in high resolution or zoom out settings. Is it possible to either make the button font smaller or move the button forward so it can be displayed correctly in normal screen resolution.

    Hello Thomas,

We have tried this on multiple widths and resolutions, and the check-in button is always there, either in the toolbar, or in the menu that you highlighted. Can you try the same on vanilla instance and if it doesn't work, let us know the exact width where it doesn't appear?

    Hi Jan,

I mean the Check in registration button should be listed as the first button in toolbar so it will always be displayed in toolbar if screen width allows. Currently Delete session registration button is the first button. This makes it very inconvienient for users to go to menu to look for check-in button. Always it increases human errors when users mis-click on delete button.

    Hi Thomas,

You can customize the order of the buttons with Ribbon Workbench.

    • Create a solution which only contains the Session Registration entity.

    pastedimage1637735486513v3.png

    • Import the solution in Ribbon Workbench, right-click the button whose position you'd like to change in the SubGrid category and click the "Customise button".

    • Drag it to the position as you need and publish the solution.

After publishing the solution, you'll see the Check-in button is shown before the Delete button.

    Hi Nya,

Do you know how to add a Deactivate button to Session Registration subgrid view? We have Deactivate button across D365 interface but not for this subgrid view. I tried to copy one from main form. But it did not work. I think it is something to do with CommandCore.
