Hi all. I initially need to add SLA field in my Self service portal. But when i include the SLA field, it shows that I don't have permission to view the records as in the following figure.
Thus, i checked in my CRM, the SLA screen itself I cant do amendments. All the controls were locked and I can't do any changes there.
I saw some of the forum and it says that I need to have to certain access right to assess this screen. But I'm using the role of System Administrator and System Customiser role and still cannot edit this form.
I even check the access right, but its shows that all access right has been granted for my role.
Can anybody help me on this issue?
