No customization option

Hi!

I started my 30 days demo for CRM online but I can not find the way to customize my Sales module. I can not remove, add or change fields, screens...

At portal it says I have global admin rights though.

Hello Dragan

Open the userlist and select your own user (not open it) and click "Promote to Admin" in the command bar.

Hi,

Do you see your user under Setting >> Security >> Users? If yes, do you see 'promote to admin' button.

If yes, can you try that and see if helps?

Unfortunately not. Accessing within Sales there is no such possibility. Setting = gear?

When you click on the down arro next to sales, fo you see any other module.

can you share screenshot

Alternatively, creat a new record which will add your user as the owner of that record. Click.on your user. Vasivally, you need to somehow open the user record.

I guess worth spinning a new trial and this time do not select any application by default (Sales, Service etc). When setup, choose "None of these. Don't customize my organization"
