Email Record Creation Appending CRM

I'm testing the development of email record creation, and all emails submitted are appending CRM:xxxx in the subject line, which is not desired. 

The email template shown below doesn't have a field for appending CRM:xxxx.

Is this a known issue? Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi partner,

    The CRM:xxxxx is the format of email tracking configrued by system settings.

    Go to Settings->Administartion->System Settings->Email tab and uncheck the "Use tracking token" then the CRM:xxxxx will disappear.

    I've sent 2 same emails before and after unchecking this setting and here are the results.

    If you want this feature still working, you could also set the trigger condition of the tracing.

    Go to Personlization Settings->Email tab, here you can choose the tracking trigger conditions.
