Smartconnect, scheduled maps

Have a client exporting data from a GP company database.   The user running the eone service is a member of the admin group for the server and has full read\write access to the file locations that the export is being written to.   We set up a weekly schedule to run Mon-Friday at 7:00am and selected the checkbox to repeat the process throughout the day, every 120 minutes for a duration of 370 minutes.    The scheduled map runs successfully the first time (at 7:00am) but does not run at the remaining times (9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm).    Therefore I do not believe it is the user that is running the service (if it was the user, the first scheduled event would not run either).    Any suggestions on where else to look would be great.   Thank you.  Doug

Are you certain that there is new material to export?

Richard - good question, I did check the source table (sop10200) and there are multiple transactions throughout the day.

I also did a preview on the datasource within smartconnect

One further bit of information.  The repeat process does work if the schedule type was 'Daily'.   Our issue with daily is that created the file every day and the client only wants it on Monday - Friday.

Contact Chris Dew at eOne in Fargo....he knows!

Thanks Richard.   We have logged a support incident with eOne.

As a follow-up.  The version our client was using is 20.11.11.75 which did not support the repeating scheduling events for weekly schedules.   This was corrected in subsequent releases, so the recommendation is to upgrade.
