Hi,
I am using General Transection Entry to post monthly journal Entries such as Insurance, Rent and Salary. Currently I enter each relevant distribution every month.
is there anyways I can save the distributions and I can use it end of every month without entering distribution account details again?
Hi Sam,
Yes, Dynamics GP has a recurring Journal Entry feature. All you need is enter your distribution account details (one time) and save it in a batch >> select your frequency >> monthly.
It will tell you when was the last date posted and how many time you have posted.
Please see screenshot below.
Recurring Posting field is an option how many time you want it to be posted like up to 12 only. Once it reached 12, the batch is no longer available for posting.
