Unable to print Word Template after connection down

GP down while we print Word Template from Receivables Statements.
 
When we print the word template after re-login, the status stated "In Progress" in Report Processing Status and unable to complete generate. Below, the message states in log file.
 
16 hours. 46 minutes.9 seconds. 30 milliseconds. :20050: Combine.Unhandled
 
We have tried to restart the server but unable to resolve the issue.
 
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Or any suggestion solution for this?
