Manager Hierarchy

Hi Guys,

We have three lever of user Manager, Team Leader, Team Member. Here, i want Team Leader should not assign records to Manager. Where i have given Manager as Admin role and Team Leader as Customer Service representative role. Help me on this.

Hi Vignesh,

You can use Teams and Business Units to manage users.
