We are experiencing a system-wide regression where the "Open in new window" functionality fails to retain the user's session culture and localization settings.
When a user is operating within the primary F&O interface, all date fields correctly render in our configured local format (dd/mm/yyyy). However, upon clicking the "Open in new window" icon on a form (such as the Net Requirements form - ReqTransPO), the newly spawned window completely drops the user's localized date format and automatically falls back to the default en-US format (mm/dd/yyyy).

Because this discrepancy appears on critical supply chain and production visibility forms, the conflicting date formats (e.g., misinterpreting April 5th vs. May 4th) are causing significant operational confusion for our users. We request an investigation into the URL parameter generation and session inheritance for child windows in our current Platform Update, and ask that a hotfix be provided to ensure pop-out windows respect user-defined date and time formats.
