I usually go through these steps: view "my active accounts" view, click export > PDF, and click export. To download your visit reports in PDF format, go to reports > visit reports and click the report you want to download. And then the same steps. Sometimes, I need specific permissions to export data. However, I wonder how to detect malicious PDF because it is essential for my Mac. I have found on Setapp how to check if a PDF is safe, and you can also try it.

    Hi,
You can export all records in the My Active Accounts view to an Excel file by going to the upper-right corner of the My Active Accounts view and clicking on the Export Excel button.
But if you want to export the My Active Accounts view in PDF format with just one click, you can do that too and much more like auto attach report with email and send, upload to share point and more.
We have a Microsoft-preferred solution, known as Click2Export, that can help you fulfil your requirements. Click2Export is a powerful solution to export Report/CRM Views/Document templates from Dynamics 365 with a single click. With this tool, perform actions such as Attaching the exported file to a Note, Uploading it to SharePointAttaching, and Auto-sending in an Email, and Downloading for offline consumption.

Some key features of Click2Export are as follows -
    • Export reports in multiple formats, such as PDF, Word, CSV, TIFF, and Excel format.
    • Export CRM view data in a tabular format and add it to an email body.
    • Automate the process of exporting the reports periodically.
You can download Click2Export from our Website or from AppSource. You can activate a fully working 15-day trial by following these steps

    I hope this helps!

    Hi,

In the upper right corner of My Active Accounts view there is an Export Excel button. This button enables to export all the records of the current view to an Excel file.

Then open the Excel file and use the Export function to export to a PDF file.

For reports, after running a report, there is a Save button on the Report Details page. The report can be saved in a variety of formats, including as a PDF.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
