USD 3.3 - Tab switching issues

Hello, 

I was curious if anyone else had a problem where they called Xrm.utility.openEntityForm, then switched from the new window that was created back to the another tab and again back to the new tab opened by openEntityForm. It seems sometimes it makes the window stuck on Processing.. and spinning forever. The only way to fix this is to press F5 and reload. 

This is a problem if a client lets it sit in this processing for too long, because errors start popping up.

Anyone else experienced this problem? Any solutions?
