Rights of Customer statements and other reports to User

Dear All, 

Our admin department sometimes deals with the customers directly and i want to make a user for them to be able to see the outstanding customer balances before they do any work. 
I already have an extra essential license now i want to give this user an access to customer reports only and not any other confidential data

how is this possible

It would be a great help.

    You need to assign permissions to the user as strictly as possible.

    You need to work out a clear description of data and the processes you want your user to be able to see and run.

    Then you should seek help from your Dynamics partner to configure the permissions accordingly.
