(Using CRM 2016 On Premise... patched to current version.)
We are having a problem and hopefully someone has a solution. Everything I have seen online either didnt work, or was not applicable to the problem.
So... here it is:
- Our leads contain a link to the lead's company website. It's a simple URL... and you would click it and the app would open a new browser tab.
- It was working fine on Monday. Yesterday, the link now opens an iFrame (or something) where the website opens in a browser, but there is no tab.
This is happening in Chrome and Edge.... and its not because the browser settings changed. They are both set to open links in new tabs.
Anyone know how to fix this?
