How do I collect uncollected FICA taxes?

A pre-tax deduction was equal to the gross wages. There were also imputed earnings. FICA taxes were calculated on these imputed earnings. However, after the pre-tax deduction was applied, there were no wages available to collect the FICA taxes. Is there a way to collect these in an upcoming pay period?
