CRM 2016 Business Rules

Dears,

I am trying to create a business rules under CASE Form with too many different conditions and actions but unfortunately it's working only for 1 or 2 hours.

sometimes i need to deactivate it and reactivate again in order to work normally.

so please i need your support urgently noting that i am not a developer.

    Try to set the business rule All Forms.

    thanks Rajkumar for your reply , but unfortunately after choosing "All Forms" still have the same issue.

    Try to change the SCOPE of the Business Rule to "All Forms"
