I really hope you can help me out here.
We have a customer, who is running on a terminal server 2012 r2, with Office 2016 installed.
Often when they log on in the morning, Outlook hangs or freeze. Then you have to kill outlook. Delete the CRM organisation and connect to the CRM organisation again. Then it can run for a few days until it happen for another or the same user.
When we disable the plugin, everything runs smoothe.
Can anyone give me some pointers to the issue.

10GB > Mailboxes, with mails several years old.
Cached Mode enabled in Outlook
Disabling the addon / plugin. Everything runs smooth
Outlook can be unresponsive several minutes after opening it. (With plugin disabled. Outlook runs very smooth)
I have tried to recreate CRM organisations. Recreate Outlook profiles, disabeling anti virus / malware. Nothing works, only grief from the users that they have to download the whole mailbox..once again.

I have tried making a user, with a mailbox and connection to CRM. Imported approx 6 GB mails, because i have an idea its about mail size. But everything runs fine, no outlook freeze, opening mails is taking less than a second (Running on the terminal server with this test user)
BUT: I have no mail tracking in this new profile, and I suspect that, that could be the issue here , but not sure at all.
Hope someone can shed some lights on this.
