on the new server , run the same installation wizard ,

in DB step , select , exciting DB "the DB of your first application server"

i'm not sure if this is what you are asking for .

You may also need to configure the spn etc:

    technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699803.aspx

But, once everything's ready.. yes, just run the same setup package

You should do some planning to decide how you're going to use the new server. There are 2 main approaches:

    1. Split the roles across the 2 servers, so you have a front-end and a back-end server, so each role runs on just one server. If you plan to do this, you'll also need to remove some roles from the current server
    2. As a load balanced environment, in which both servers run front-end roles. If you plan to do this, you'll need to setup the load balancing, then use Deployment Manager to set the address that is used to connect to CRM via NLB. If doing this, I'd normally configure NLB first, and set the NLB address in Deployment Manager with just the one server, and test that, then add the second server. This makes it easier to distinguish between any issues with NLB, compared to any with the second server
