I need some support from the community members to make a decision for a business case .
1. We get a flat file from a thirdparty in PDP encoded format : Payload 60 lines of data each file
2. Have to decode PDP encoded file and move it to azure storage
3. Data transformations to convert decoded file to a flat file such as CSV
4. Every 15 days we need to merge files received from the third party and create one file that we need to move to a legacy system .
5. Move files between the locations on ADLSGen2
6. cost of implementing , executiong and maintaining ADF vs Logicapps?
I know both ADF and Logicapps have similar capabilities , please help me
