Our Purchase Receipts Detail table, [IV10201] is getting quite large.

Is there a routine or process that should delete or move some of the records? Some of these records are dated 2005. The Inventory Purchase Receipts Work table, IV10200 has around 650,000 records, the IV10201 table has more than 12 million records. It seems possible that we are not running some process that should be run routinely.

Hi Emily.

Under Inventory Routines you will find the Year End close procedure.

One of the options is to remove sold receipts prior to a given date.
