Hello,
I've created an appointment in CRM with a CRM-user in the Required field. (not a contact, a real CRM-user).
The appointent is present in the CRM-user calendar (Outllok and CRM) and all works fine.
But how can I set CRM options to send an email to the CRM-user email ? (Primary Email field for CRM user)

Go to settings>>administration>>system settings>>email tab>> set 'appointments, tasks & contacts' to server side sync. if this does not solve your problem, let us know and we can think of another way. workflow would not be possible as 'required' is a activity party list and it can contain more than one values at at time

You can add a workflow which will send the email to the user .
