Modules, GP 2013 License question

Hi,

We have Dynamics GP 2013 running. How and where can I find as to what modules we have and/or what license(s) we have. The system was implemented before I came on board. Is there any menu in GP (I do have the admin/'SA' credential), where I can find all these? We are exploring to do some work on adding Inventory master item for BOM etc. and want to find out what we currently have in terms of functionality already owned by us.

Hope to get some inputs/recommendations.

Thanks,

Thanks Richard - I will check the navigation. I did find from the MBS portal and we have Starter Pack and Extended Pack GP 2013. So looks like we do have the option for implementing  Inventory/BOM and WIP (think Landed cost kind of will give WIP info  once setup). The main reason is to find out the current cost of the inventory (MFG items) at hand.

    Thanks,

    Ashok

Tools->Setup->System->Registration will show you which modules you are using. Now you either have the GP Starter or Extended Pack. If you are not using Project Accounting or Manufacturing you most likely have the Starter Pack. You need to go into CustomerSource to find that out or perhaps look at your last invoice for maintenance renewal.

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for your comments. Yes, we are current on support. While I do agree and appreciate a couple of ways I could get the info, but was wondering if there is a way to find this from the GP application...like we do from certain apps via 'Help, About' etc. or what have you.

    Thanks again.

Your Partner (who sold/implemented the system) is your easiest source of this information.  If you don't have a Partner, pick a new one and contact them.

Failing that, a CustomerSource account, if you have the credentials.

Or you could contact Microsoft Dynamics Sales Operations.

Hopefully, your company has kept current on a support contract.
