NAV 2016 Crashing on Windows 11

Hello,

We have an issue with a nav client crashing on a certain users machine when doing nothing in particular. I've attatched the error messages from event viewer. I'm not a NAV Proffessional but this is an issue for one of my users that we would like resolved.

Any help would be greatly appreciated[View:/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/34/Nav-Events.evtx:320:240]

I was able to solve this by changing dpi scaling as it appeared the user was hovering over the program for a preview. This issue took place on a 16 inch LG Gram with 32GB of Ram i7-1260P paired with a thunderbolt 3 dock.
